To be a representative of private organization that promotes a recycling-oriented society.



  1. Develop capacity building on the comprehensive management of used packaging and recycled materials in all sectors.
  2. Building collaboration between government, private, and public sectors to promote used packaging and recycling material separation continuously.
  3. Become center for database on used packaging and recycling material management.


  1. Jointly promote activity to achieve the country’s annual recycling rate of Thailand to 25% within 5 years as per total amount of waste generated.

  2. Building network of used packaging and recycling material management.

  3. Dissemination knowledge and understanding in used packaging and recycling material management in all sectors through appropriate tools.

  4. Promote recycled packaging industry comprehensively.

  1. Provide knowledge and understanding of used packaging and recycling material through its entire cycle.
  2. Campaign and PR to build awareness to all sectors.
  3. Create learning center as a source of information search and collection of used packaging and recycling material management.
  4. Link the cycle of packaging and recycling comprehensively.
