On 21 April2012,Thailand Institute of Packaging and Recycling Management for Sustainable Environment,the Federation of Thai Industriesheld the meeting to conclude the project for leader training program for community environment management in 4 regions in which results and progresses in each community were presented. Spring News took this opportunity to shoot the program Miracle Recycle by TIPMSE at Wang Kong Village, Nan Province.
